>> 49er game day abc7 morning news when the rams play the st. louis but how about the weather? >> red flag wanting. until 3:00. we have a high fire danger in the north bay and santa cruz mountains and mt. diablo above 1,000 range. winds are from the north at 15- to 25-knots and the humidity is dropping. be careful. anything that sparks will move rapidly. the first forecast temperatures are in the low-to-mid 60's along the coast. low-to-mid 70's an the bay and mid-to-upper 70's inland. not so breezy in the lower elevations as yesterday. leyla gulen? >> we have a c.h.p.-issued high wind advisory for anyone driving high-profile vehicle like big rigor s.u.v. so be careful over the richmond-san rafael but traffic is smooth. in walnut creek we have this report of oil that spread across

the roadway northbound 680 at olympic boulevard. it will be cleaned up in the next five minutes. the san mateo bridge traffic is running smoothly although we have a report of an accident westbound direction and everything else and running well into foster city. >> the red flag warning took affect crews watched an early fire in burlingame that broke out along the train tracks at california drive. the fire spanned 2.5 acres and caused delays to caltrain service. winds were very strong with firefighters containing the fire quickly. >> we have new details in a murder of a man that stepped off a light rail train. a suspect is behind bars. abc7 news has learned police have found a treasure trove of evidence at the suspect's home. abc7 news reporter katie marzullo has details.

>> police found more guns at the suspect's house, what type, how many, and whether he legally owned the guns is yet-to-be-determined by the house is three blocks away from the crime scene in the ocean view neighborhood. police have arrested a 30-year-old man. investigators have been circulating this surveillance video from muni that helped lead them to their suspect. police say he shot and killed a san francisco state student justin valdez after he got off a light rail car on monday night around 10:00. police believe the killing was random and unprovoked. valdez was from southern california and his principal at the high school says this is unbelievable. >> for someone who lived his life as one of the strongest role models on campus, two have been killed...senselessly doesn't make sense. >> justin's school community is planning a vigil in his honor

according to facebook, a memorial will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the student center. police have scheduled a news conference. we expect to learn more of the crime and the weapons police found inside the suspect's house. >> this afternoon an appeals board will decide what to do with two pit bugs that attack add ten-year-old boy in antioch. hunter kilbourn's face was malled and part of his ear chewed off by a neighbor's dog or severalling dos. the animal control investigators deemed it vicious and recommending they be euthanized. the owners told the city they will do what it takes to fight for their dogs although their own son was also injured in the attack. they insist only one pit bug attacked the boy. >> a high of teach are accused of having sex with an underage student will be arraigned this afternoon. police arrested the 32-year-old

teacher on monday. he was tipped off about inappropriate contact with a is-year-old female who attended the high school. the district called police who took him into custody. officials immediately placed him on leave saying the allegations were disturbing enough to keep him out of the classroom. the 17-year-old is the only victim. >> this morning, marin health county health leaders are trying to pinpoint the source of an e. coli outbreak that made four sick, three children. three of the people sickened live in one town and another in a different city. one is in the hospital. officials are trying to find out if there is any connection. e. coli usually happens by eating contaminated food. we have links to information on e. coli including symptoms to look for. >> bart will get an update on contract talks, where they stand between bart and the unions, with two weeks until the

cooling-off period ends. republicans are urging the governor to call an emergency session to vote on a measure to strip bart unions of their right to strike. the governor says both sides need to get serious and make concessions needed to avert a second strike. the next negotiating session is tomorrow and union workers could work out october 11. >> the san francisco 49ers are trying to attract another high profile sporting event to the new stadium. our media partner, the san jose mercury news says that the team will submit a bid for the title game of the bold championship series the super bowl of college football. if selected the stadium would host the game in 2017 the year after super bowl 50 is played there. supporters of the bid are not releasing financial details but promise it would be a money maker for the bay area. >> team oracle u.s.a. owner hopes the next cup will be held here in san francisco but says he still needs to work out a

here is live doppler 7 hd you can see how quiet it is as far as weather. any wetness? no drizzle, nothing to speak of other than temperatures in the 50's and 49 in napa. a big story today is the fact the winds will be picking up again during the later part of the morning into the afternoon and evening hours above 1,000' bringing us the fire danger again with redding in wanting until 3:00 tomorrow afternoon. as far as the temperatures they will be warmer than yesterday, mid-to-upper 70's through the santa clara valley and 76 in los gatos and santa cruz and gilroy. three degrees microclimate is not bad. low-to-mid 70's on the peninsula from 72 at millbrae and everyone else is 73 or 74 or 75. a bigger spread at 68 at half moon bay and 66 at sunset and
