believe the fire started. jordan lived across the street and watched as they did get into the garage. >> five to six feet out of the garage officials say the father had been sleeping down are stairs because he was sick and didn't want to make the baby sick. he was found there in full cardiac arrest. the 1-year-old nound a third floor bathroom. the grandfather was on that floor as well. the mother escaped out of the back. the flames stayed on the ground floor, up states -- upstairs it was heat and smoke. these two watch as firefighters brought hims out. >> they were screaming baby, baby. >> oh, my gosh. then how long do you think they worked on the baby? >> probably an hour, they were still here when we left it was heart breaking. i didn't understand. i wish i could have done something. it was something out of this world. very hard to look at. hard to watch. >> officials say smoke

detectors were working. >> seems like they were doing all of the right things house was in the cluttered. working smoke detectors very, very tragic. >> the baby died in the hospital as did the grandfather later in the day. >> a rain roadway reopened after being shut down because of an explosion. sky 7 overhead you can see back up of traffic along el camino real. cars forced to turn around. real mess. they did it after a propane tank exploded in a u haul facility. you can see them hougs it down. >> a fire in yolo county causing problems. a fire broke out in winters about 20 miles from vacaville.
