in the second day of the federal government shut down here in the bay area. impact being felt by taxpayers and job hunters. abc news david louie joins frus a job fair and federal government recruiters are missing david. >> it's a total of four recruiters missing out of a total about 150 here for this campus event. they include nasa ames and pearl harbor navy yard. and may cause a cancellation of the jobs report. now, taxpayers reporting their feeling disstress. >> due to the current budget situation, all irs offices are closed. >> that is not what this cpa wanted to hear, he received a notice irs going to seize one client bank accounts. duffy resolved this issue three months ago its possible the taxpayer's account would
