the gas line in a statement pg&e says the pipeline in question, line 147 is, complete, completely safe. e-mails from a utility employee to san carlos officials question the integrity of a pipeline installed in 1929. city officials want it shut down until state regulators can resolve possible issues with the line. >> a united nations official says inspectors have begun destroying the stockpile of weapons in syria. a combination of weapons and production equipment will be put out of order. he spoke anonymously. the effort to destroy the chemical weapons program came after an august attack near damascus that killed hundreds of civilians. in two separation operations, u.s. special forces struck back at terrorists on their home turf. one target may have escaped.

block. a motorcyclists charged in the accident that led to the assault of an suv driver in new york is talking exclusively with abc news. it's a story you'll only see on abc7. prosecutor says christopher cruz is the man slowing down in front of the suv, so much so that his bike was tapped by the car. this happened last sunday during a motorcycle rally. the suv driver was stopped and assaulted after he ran over a biker. crews say his life is in shambles. >> what should we know about? >> family man, two kids, i try to stay away from trouble. >> what kind of impact is this having on your life. >> turned my life upside-down. >> cruz has been charged with unlawful imprisonment and reckless driving. the driver of the suv has not been charged.
