>> live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. >> good morning. developing news overnight, libya state news agency says the country's prime minister who was abducted by gunman at dawn has now been freed. libyan prime minister zeidan was snatched by gunman from a hotel where he lives in tripoli. the spokesman said he has been set free and on the way to his office. it appears the libyan forces had intervened in some way and the abductors did not free him voluntarily. it is believed it was in retaliation for the special forces raid last weekend that seized a libyan al-qaeda suspect from the streets of the capital. >> san jose police have rejected the city's contract offer and officers want the offer doubled we. wednesday's vote was unanimous against the contract and the

into 9 morning with temperatures trending much cooler with temperatures at 53 degrees and oakland is 54 and moving to the south bay, los gatos is 46, so, possibly, eight degrees difference cooler than yesterday. this is what is happening. we had this low pressure that was moving out of washington, dc, sitting over mount hamilton and brought rain over there and the sierra where we saw a dusting the snow but now it is moving out tonight and it will be replaced by a weaker ridge of high pressure bringing warmer temperatures over the weekend. tonight that means we are going to have decent temperatures there at 69 degrees for the stating temperature, and it will brought down to 61, and you will want to pack a jacket and sweater. sunset is 6:39. for highs today as we take you across the bay area we will see fog there as you approach the coastline and into the south
