offer and new accusations. abc7 news reporter matt keller has coverage. matt? >> both sides left at and 2:30. the union is upset that bart management put down the final offer yesterday. they are threatening taoistic tomorrow if no deal is done by today. here are the latest numbers. bart's last, best, and final offer is $7 million more than the offer on friday, a 3 percent wage increase a year over four years but workers have to pay more no the pension and 9.5 percent more for medical. leaders have said the give backs in benefits swallow most if not all of the wage increases. union leaders say at 2:30, what it will take to avoid a strike on tuesday. >> terrible mistake on the part of district. we are coming back tomorrow. we hope any will rescind their last, best and final offer so

it stands this morning. matt? >> we do know that union negotiators are back here later today but we don't know where talks will go after bart management made the final offer. here is new video of negotiators from all sides leaving here this morning at 2:30. bart made the last, best, and final offer yesterday afternoon. general manage said it is $7 million more than friday's offer. union leaders want do continue to negotiate. if not they will strike. >> given the district four extensions to get the deal done and at some point you have to say "enough is enough" and let people know we can do the deal, if you don't want to you be pushing us in a corner. >> we can put out a good proposal. they have to decide if it meets their needs. the the chief of the mediation joins the talks yesterday and left at 2:30 this morning
