rest after it hit and killed two people. a man and woman if their 50's were walking their dog just before 6:55 and 54-year-old woman it is them from behind. the man and woman died at the scene and the car kept going. here is what police say happened next. >> the driver then went over the center divide of the boulevard and struck another car with four people in it and crashed interest a tree on constitution. >> the four people in the other car were not hurt. she was taken to the medical center if treatment. the woman was arrested for two couples of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two counts of felony driving under the influence. the victim's dog was taken by the humane society for treatment. in word on the dog's condition. the street is back open and the victims have yet to be identify

ied. >> community outrage is growing in santa rosa for sheriff deputies that shot and killed a 13-year-old boy. students at the middle school are planning to walk out of class today to march to the sheriff's department. hundreds held a vigil to remember the boy for the second night in a row. a 24-year veteran was training another deputy and they saw lopez carrying an assault rifle that looked like an ak-47. the "was shot seven times according to the autopsy. katie marzullo will have a report from the scene next half hour. >> judge will announce where a serial rapist live once he is released from a state hospital. he admitted to raping 40 women across california between 1971 and 1982. most of the victims were to los angeles county but the supreme court ordered the release in santa clara county in august because that is where he

the graduation rate shows it is the worst in the country among major college programs and worst on men's basketball at 38 percent. the national average for major football programs was 71 percent, the highest ever. the data measures the time period from 2003 to 2006 is it has nothing to do with country coaches at cal. overall this was a 78 percent graduation rate in california with the results disappointing at cal but steps are being taken to improve the scores much the graduation rates are higher at stanford at 93 percent for football and 83 percent for basketball. i am sure they will work on that. >> do not say it: cal graduate will both die violent deaths. >> i want to see that improved. >> we all do.

by noon and upper 70's by 2:00 and when they close at 5:00 with high clouds and sunshine are possible. moving forward, here is what will happen on sunday, monday, and tuesday. high pressure to the north and inside slider which if it was over the ocean would pick up moisture and bring us rain. instead it brings the moisture with us and it will keep us to the east and it will drop temperatures inland monday into tuesday and in the sierra we will have the chances of snow showers monday and tuesday the all the rain, all the cool weather, all the drought busting moving away from us so it will be dry all the way through the end of october. we are setting records here, all of us are going to be without measurable rain and most of us through at least wednesday. the temperatures on monday and tuesday are back in the 50's and 60's and unlike years past there is no threat on halloween and it is one of our warmer days after the weekend.
