hospital but was pronounced dead. the accident is "under investigation." >> the latest on deadly shooting at lax. the suspected gunman is in the hospital under armed guard as investigators continue to put together the moments leading to the shooting. here is abc7 news reporter. authorities say surveillance video shows paul ciancia walking to the psa check point and pulling out and firing multiple shots at point-blank range at a t.s.a. officer. they say he moved up the escalator and looked back at the officer who moved and shot again to kill him. >> he made a decision to kill multiple t.s.a. employees. >> lights are lit in honor of hernandez. two other officers are released from the hospital. 54-year-old and 32-year-old and

to move to sfo and have the police here retain the passenger. the passenger shared this develop phone video of san francisco police boarding the police and detain the man. patrick alexander felt more could have been done to deal with the man after what happened at lax the day before. >> i felt security would be at its highest and i felt in a situation like that when someone says the plane is going down and will be destroy, immediate action would be taken to get the plane back to the gate and have the man removed and placed under arrest. >> officers searched the plane and the man's luggage and determined there was no credible threat. he was escorted off the plane and arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. >> it is 4:32. if major league baseball gets their way, oakland fans could be forced to cross the bridge to see their team in action playing at at&t could be a solution to the lease problems at the

coliseum. abc7 news reporter, amy hollyfield, is at the at&t partner with the story. amy? >> imagine oakland a's playing here in san francisco! it is a possibility. multiple reports are out saying that major league bail has suggested the two teams share at&t partner and the a's move to at&t because of lease negotiation problems at the oakland coliseum. the team's agreement to play there has just expired. the team would like to keep playing there until issues whether it can go to san jose or stay in oakland are worked out. now comes the idea of sharing at&t park. reports say that major league baseball party negotiations are in charge to set the schedule they are a major party at the table and they need to let the opponents where they playing next year. this is the idea that has been tossed out. the reports say the giant would have to accept it because what

history of alcohol and drug abuse. >> the man accused of murdering a federal investigator from oakland will be in court today the 56-year-old man is charged with strangling santa coke, -- sandra coke and using her debit card. she was a former girlfriend. he says he did not kill her but does not deny being at the hotel where they think she was murdered. he has 17 previous convictions. >> police say a man was shot and killed yesterday morning on morrison avenue. family members took the victim to the hospital but he did not survive. police took a suspect interest custody two hours later. investigators say the victim and the suspect knew each other. san jose has the same number of homicides at this time last year. >> a group of amtrak passengers from the bay area have quite a story after boarding a train for fresno yesterday. first, their train stalled in

nicco to see if this week is warmer. demolition of the old side of the bay bridge will begin. caltran says workers will remove some sections tomorrow or when. in six weeks, almost 1,500' of the span will be down and the entire demolition will take three years and cost $300 million. we are hearing from one of the 14 seniors rescued from a castro valley nursing home shut down by the state. a woman is relieved to be out of valley springs manor. she and her husband lived there only since late august and says in a short period of time the couple realized they were not get the best of care. >> it was bad. we didn't get our medicine when we were supposed to. one day i got my morning meds at 1:05 in the afternoon. >> the state ordered the nursing home a week and a half ago, with

thursday. a secondary push of cool air arrives late in the weekend possibly bringing us a chance of rain. it has been a long time since we have had that in the middle of september. from sutro tower this morning, it is clear. temperatures today are from one degree warmer in oakland and 68 to san francisco is 63 and two, and hose is remain warmest at 67 today and santa rosa at 68, and concord and fremont are the biggest jump at 69 and 66 and four degrees warmer. we are going to lose two minutes of sunshine. we will have mid-to-upper 60's throughout the santa clara valley with the warm spot probably in gilroy right around 69 the close of the places to 70. mid-to-upper 60's on the peninsula and redwood city at 68. we will be stuck in the upper 50's loan the coast until you get to sunset at 60. mid-60's through downtown and south san francisco and sausalito and mid-to-upper 60's law the north bay valley and upper 50's along the coast and along the east bay shore
