matt keller is at fremont bart with more on the contract language that could bring the trains to a screeching halt. matt? >> bart riders are obviously concerned and indoored two strikes. now, another dispute over this deal that took months to make. bart accepted a contract last month but now management is saying a provision they never agreed to was inadverseently included in the final agreement which gives bart workers six weeks paid leave but bart wants workers to use up vacation and sick time first and the bart board will discuss the opening including the possibility of not approving the contract. the union president is asked if it could lead to a strike the. >> i hope not i expected board to ratify the contract. >> we would be remiss to take action carelessly the unions will not do that. >> the bart board was originally supposed to vote on the contract on wednesday but that meeting was canceled. the closed door meeting is
