across the street the memorial for the boy who was hit and killed on sunday. a 13-year-old family friend was push him and holding the hand of his six-year-old sister and crossed the street in the crosswalk with the friend light and a driver turning left hit all three pedestrians. they were taken to the hospital. two girled had minor injuries and the boy died an hour later at the hospital. >> he was blond head and blue eyed and smart three-year-old. i've never seen a three-year-old so smart. he was brave. he was happy always. the driver stayed at scene. no arrests or citations have been made but the investigation continues. this is san jose's 22nd fatality involving a pedestrian this year. his family lives in salinas and
