a possible chlorine leak in pittsburgh. the health department issued a hazardous materials warning for the area possibly because of a chlorine leak. we're waiting and want to let you know officials say water has gotten into a chlorine tank and that could cause a dangerous gas leak this, is just never a good situation. we do have someone on the phone with us right now. this is cheryl jennings. can you tell us what is going on? >> yes. there is water into the chlorine. they make a

says he shot grant in the back accidentally. he was convicted in 2010. after this case, bart asked the national organization of black law enforcement executives to review police operations. they made 55 recommendations now, an auditor says they have implemented many, including changing use of force training and accountability for use of force, accountability within the department and with the public. >> they revised their use of force process now they have a good approach to demand use of force. >> the chief hired after the grant case. >> we feel good about what we've accomplished until this point. but the job isn't finished. >> grant's uncle appreciates the changes but feels there is a long way to go in the area of one on one relations with people of color.

common place. sears in downtown oakland has been punched and kicked by vandals, demonstrators targeted the retailer repeatedly making repairs costly. so months later the building sits like this. owners trying to hide scars and bruises by boarding windows. sears said this in a statement. we sdroent a definite time frame for replacing window because they date back to 1930s and replacing them is more complicated than those in a typical building. sears isn't the only owner in need of tlc. the department of planning says the retailer has been cited for blight. >> we are now talking to them about when they can really get this fixed. they know it's very important to us and i think it matters to them. >> reporter: she says other small businesses also damaged made many repairs within a week.
