missing in the idaho wilderness. bad weather forced authorities to ground all aircraft today, some crews did manage to search but not as many as before. to make matters worse more snow is expected over the weekend likely hampering the search efforts the plane carrying dale smith, founder of serial tech. it went down near yellow pine, idaho on sunday. on a flight to butte, montana. his son, daughter in law, daughter and daughter's fiancee were aboard the plain. a san jose police officer ended up in the hospital after a speeding driver speeding in a cadillac slammed into the patrol car this morning the officer was at a red lielt the driver tried to runway but was tackled by a hotel security guard. >> security guard ended up tackling the suspect and holding him until they can get other

as a result. according to officials one person died in a garage and three others in san jose. another under a bridge and a third person. the cause of deaths was said to be hypothermia brought on by temperatures that dipped below freezing. they will now be stepping up their efforts and asking for the public's help. >> what they can do out in the community to assist or help or, which i appreciate the need in this community is impressive. what is important is that this is something that should never have happened in the community. but while it is occurring we need are greater resources and things like blankets and socks.
