control. documents reveal that not one, but two fire rigs ran over the 16-year-old passenger that was covered with foam the coroner concluded she was alive before she was hit. representatives from asiana and those involved in the response testified at the hearing. san francisco fire officials said the radios on trucks had problems communicating with other agencies during the crash response. >> and because of the recent rebanding of radios, part of the process, we weren't able to have those elements communicate on the same radio frequency. >> an investigative report conclude that had captain lee was very concerned about the landing. the airport automatic landing aids, the glide slope indicator were out of service that day. lee told investigators that making a visual approach

was quote, very stressful and difficult. lee was training on the boeing 777. still, one pilot says he had confidence in lee. >> did you feel concern about the ability of any asiana pilot to land in san francisco without a glide slope indication? >> i do not have concerns. >> the reports that captain lee cold investigators he was unfamiliar wauto flight system. the board will public a final report. no word on how long that will take. >> and we have a pretty good idea now of the sequence of

eunice traveled to get details about the crash that injured her father in, business class hurt his jaw, back, and neck. >> you see it like that just like oh, my god how is he still alive? how did anyone make it out? >> this is an old picture of her father, eugene. she told us despite his injuries, her father was trying to help others get off the plane. >> when coming back home he kept saying i wish i could have helped more people. everybody was just working together on that flight. >> there were only a few people watching today. most were employees of asiana airlines and some were volunteers from the red cross. there to help people if they needed assistance. she says she doesn't want to blame anyone for the crash but would like the airline to be more

>> so knowna county sheriff officials -- in october, eric gelhaus shot andy lopez, mistaking his air soft rifle. it's early findings based on information provided by the police department. which is doing an investigation. to determine whether gelhaus should face charges. >> a bank robbery suspect is in the hospital now after being shot by a sheriff deputy. the investigators say the suspect robbed the bank of the west branch. a sheriff deputy spotted him later and gave chase the suspect crashed his car in a pole. >> he was warmed a handgun, confronting officers. he was

a family stranded two days expressed gratitude today. they issued a statement offering thanks and describing their rescuers as valent. the couple and niece and nephew rescued from an ordeal that started when their jeep flipped over. they burned a spare tire to stay warm. the others are still being treated for exposure and dehydration but said to be doing well. >> this weeshg's cold spell will have a lasting affect on california citrus growers they have agreed to hold off packing fruit 48 hours to let state and county inspectors survey the fruit. the scope of the damage is still being determined but it's expected to range from manageable to major over about a third of the or
