van near farmer's market. a plumbing van hit the van around 10:00 a.m the pedestrian was from marin county in town visiting friends. one witness saw say the victim appeared to be in the crosswalk or near it the driver stopped a short distance from where the man was hit, questioned and has in the been arrested. the accident closed civic center drive for hours. >> and an arrest in a horrific crash killing one person on interstate 580, tieing up traffic for hours. cell phone video shows two vehicles burst into flames. chp says a drunk driver is to blame. we are now live with this grim story. >> a blood test was done showing
