want to go back to our top story. thank you for your patients. turn your attention to results of an autopsy just release today two months after lynn spalding's body was found in that stafrwell at sf general hospital. vic? >> this report says lynn spalding did not die from blunt trauma or falling down the stairs into the stairwell as one might think. there are no injuries to the head at least none that the medical examiner could find, but says she died from probable electrolyte

imbalance due to chronic history of ethanolism. what that means is that she died from possible liver damage in extreme dehydration causing a person to lose salt and other important body fluids which might cause brain damage or a heart attack. complicated by a history of alcoholism. now, medical examiners often use ethanolism interchange bli with alcoholism she disappeared from her room september 21st after being admitted for a bladder infection. her body found 17 days later in a stairwell. a search by sheriff deputies found, did not find her body though a researcher actually saw her body just days before being found report says that spalding died
