near oak street caught fire this morning with the street closed in the area. the fire started in a pile of boxes behind the building and raced up the back wall. there is smoke damage, now, inside. >> developing news from oakland where lawyers for the family of a brain dead teen plan to ask a judge to make sure she is not taken off life support as they already have a testy relationship between the family and the hospital is getting more tense. katie marzullo has more the. >> the jahi mcmath family members were taken after a meeting with the hospital with the administration last night. they did not like what they hear. because of that, they are standing guard at her bedside. jahi mcmath's mother gave a picture her holding her daughter's hand. the fell says the hospital is eager to take the 13-year-old off of life support. she has been on a ventilator since last week after unknown complications with her tonsil surgery. her mother says she chief of pediatrics of children's told

p.m. target is still frying to determine how hackers breached the data network leaving 40 million customers exposed say hackers stole data from the debit and credit cards from the day before thanksgiving through sunday. experts examining the french say there was a large scale attack on what should have been the most secure servers. the hacker could have exploited back doors or loopholes in the company network. customs are complaining they can nut get through to target call centers or customer service through the website. >> another march is planned today in santa rosa over the shooting death 13-year-old andy lopez by a sonoma county sheriff deputy. protesters hold a community march this afternoon at 4:00 outside the city hall. protests last week results in self arrests including one man who authorities say attacked police. andy lopez supporters say they are upset that deputy erick

gelhaus is on the job after the fatal shooting. >> san francisco man is in custody accused of retending to be in high school to mechanic up middle schoolgirls and san mateo county sheriff deputies armed the 28-year-old man on wednesday. during an undercough operation this happened and the deputies tempted the suspect pretending to be 13-year-old girl and said he would bring alcohol to the meeting and is charged with attempted child molestation and held on $200,000 bail. caught in the act, surveillance video captured three men checking out a yard on wednesday and they looked into the home before breaking in by smashing a sliding glass door. they ransacked the master bedroom and stole a jewelry box. the sheriff deupties want did hear from you if you recognize any of the men. >> now the forecast.
