brain dead a judge extended a temporary restraining order preventing her from being removed from a vent later until december 13th. her family says the hospital is pressuring them to remove her from life support. >> i know my daughter wants to live. she enjoyed life. and i know she won't like someone having a time limit on her life >> we continue to investigate the cause of jahi's death. main thing we want to emphasize is that our hearts go out to this family in this very, very difficult time. >> the judge ruled doctor fisher of stanford childrens hospital will determine whether jahi is legally dead. >> a young puppy is recovering after being found in the trash. the ten week old poodle found in a plastic bag in a recycling

measure to call for tough pension reforms david louie joins us to explain the decision. david? >> ever >> there is no question this is going to have strong implications. you might say santa claus gave a nice christmas present but ended up leaving a lump of coal for the mayor and members of the city council. two sides have been embroiled in a lawsuit after voter as proved pension reform by a 70% vote that had police officers forecasts and other city employees a judge agreed with the city on some points but with employees on others and the labor groups see it as a victory. that the city was taking steps to ease a short fall in pension funding. key points is that city can

about that massive security breech invfling target credit card customers. target working with the department of justice to investigate the hacking that affected 40 million customers. some say it's not just true. abc7 news reporter vic lee joins us with details. >> one of the identity theft victims says he's been trying to get help from target unsuccessfully. you can't get through on hot line phone or answers through social media sites and his problems with the company are growing. jack robertson checked a statement after being told he can no longer make a purchase on the target red card. >> there were charges in
