of vulnerable target shoppers. there was a warning about scanners sending out for any target e-mails promising to help out those with their card numbers stolen. >> the justice department has joined the investigation on the attack with thieves that swiped information from 40 million accounts from thanksgiving day to december 15th. victims are still having trouble reaching target inline or by phone although target say they have doubled those manning phones away the clock. >> chase is now boosting daily withdrawal and spending limits on two million customers who use their debit cards at target. they can now withdraw up to $250 in cash using their card rather than the $100 exit spending limit $1,000, up from $300. chase imposed the tighter limits after the target breach left millions of customers
