mcmath on life support. but they do have to wait until december 30th at 5:00 p.m giving the family enough time to file an appeal and wait for a ruling. what this decision came down to is the opinion of an independent neurologyist, supporting what doctors have been telling the family all along, that jahi mcmath is brain dead. dr. paul fisher, in his test results, he said jahi has no response to facial pain, no gag reflexes, no reflexes arms and legs >> our faith is strong. it's christmas eve. there is time for a mirror why cell we haven't given up there. it's just a judge ruling. >> the hospital is not opposed to having the family take jahi mcmath to to another facility. they've been free to do that at
