sister suffered nonlife threatening injuries. it happened before 10:00 last night. two sisters and a baby were in a car that was stopped. the lieutenant explains what happened next. >> there was an argument inside of the vehicle they were traveling n there were several parties inside of the car. as a result the two young ladies exited that car. we don't believe they were arguing with each other. >> the two sister was the baby walked onto the paseo padre parkway and hit in the middle of the street. >> she was excited to be a mom. good things were coming her way. change for the good. and they say there is no evidence he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
