to move the girl from children's hospital. the 13-year-old's grandmother, told me, that she is responding to her touch. >> i said hi, she moved her legs and arms. heart is beating good. she is warm. looks beautiful. the best glow i have ever seen. >> you think she understands? >> yes, i do. i know she do. >> the family cleared a hurdle friday. the hospital and family reached an agreement to let a critical care team to transport her to a facility they say is interested in giving her the care sunny needs. and, her uncle said they're making progress. >> we are moving in the right direction. small victory. small victory. leading to the right direction. >> a county superior court jubljubldge ruled the children's hospital

and said to be in good spirits. reunited with her family. this man, david allen douglas under arrest. police say he has no connection to the family. he followed them home from a wal-mart store earlier in the day. a good samaritan, spotted douglas and recognized the car from information, broadcast in an amber alert, alerted police. she said being nosy paid off. >> that sccould be your child o niece. so close to you. >> relief for an oakland family after their child disappeared this evening. daryl carter iii nowhere to be found when his mother went to pick him up this afternoon. a search party went block by block, looking for daryl. he was found at a neighbor's

house. >> new at 11:00, san francisco police are investigating a car accident involving a pedestrian in the inner richmond district tonight. a pedestrian was struck by a car at 17th avenue and california street after 9:30. that person was rushed to the hospital. the driver stopped and remained at the scene. two people were injured after another collision between a pedestrian and vehicle in san francisco. a motorcycle hit an elderly pedestrian at the corner of 6 and market streets, just after 3:00. >> 32-year-old alfred jeter sfrum chicafrom chicago. jeter was driving a stolen suv with weapons inside when heap lost control and crashed. he jumped the median into the southbound lanes and was hit by several cars. >> a collision between an
