a trach and feeding tube and is doing better since her transfer. the attorney says she's getting treatment the family want herd to receive last month when sle suffered a heart attack and declared brain dead. the 13-year-old's family tells abc7 news the trach and feeding tube took place today and her new treatment facility. the attorney told us via text doctors are optimistic her condition stabilizeed and her health is improving from when she was taken from childrens hospital. neither he nor the family will say where she is being treated. a transgender teenager claims to be a victim of school bullying is now facing charges for a brawl at school. he tonight faces a charge of misdemeanor battery for this fight last year. the student served four days suspension. he he identifieses a female saying that led to bullying at hercules high school
