firefighters are watching for flare-ups from a huge warehouse fire we brought you yesterday morning. films devoured 120,000 square foot warehouse near east julian which houses six businesses including a feed store. two schools that closed for the day because of the fire will re-open. happening today, the attorney representing the oak that teen accused of setting another teen on fire on a a.c. transit bus will be back in court this inform ask a judge to send the case to juvenile court. the 16-year-old sasha fleischman was sleeping on a a.c. transit bus in november when his skirt was set on fire. his legs were severely bound. the 16-year-old suspect said he difficulty because he is homophobic and faces hate crime charges and currently being tried as an adult. >> two kayakers are fine because of the crew of the ferry.

several local police agencies are on the look out for a man they call a brazen carjacker. officers spotted him year at a gas station in half moon bay driving a car stolen from oakland. he ran to hilltop mobile home park where he is accused of carjacking a woman and forcing her to drive him to san mateo. the search forced a lock down at half moon bay for a while, police are asking anyone with information to give them a call. >> oak police need help identifying a man who tried to kidnap a teen on new year's day. this is a schedule of the suspect based on the description. the man is described as african-american in his late 20's. police say the 19-year-old woman was walking on 17th near lake merritt and the man jumped from between two cars and grabbed her and dragged her down the street the she escaped. there was a hit-and-run that left a student with severe injuries, run over, deliberatery. the 20-year-old and a friend were offered a ride by an

it is not looking promising. visibility is unlimited in most neighborhoods with five miles at half moon bay and haze hanging around but it is a different day stepping outside this morning, and temperatures are up to 13 degrees cooler in some areas, and upper 30's around palo alto and woodside and 39 in menlo park, and foster city is 43 and the mid-to-upper 30's in the north bay valleys and at san ramon and low-to-mid 40's everywhere else but for antioch at 50 and san francisco at 48 and half moon bay at 50. this morning is a clean air mass on top of the bay and it will be mostly sunny and slightly warmer today, with a chance of rain tomorrow and the record warmth is still lucking in next week's forecast. as far as today, we will hit low-to-mid 60's in most neighborhoods, a few clouds will linger along the coast and keep you in the upper 50's with temperatures, again, above

average and the clouds are coming in tonight, milder and a lot like yesterday morning are we had clouds and drizzle in the morning. that is what we will wake up tomorrow morning with low-to-mid 40's and here is what is happening: our front is to the north. you can see the drizzle along the sonoma county coast and the best chance of light rain is moving through the north bay in the morning up to 12:00 and from 12:00 to 2:00 it is moving through the heart of the bay and from 2:00 to 4:00 moving through the south bay. then it is gone. our rainfall amount is light. it will be mostly less than .1" and in the higher elevations you could get .25". temperatures tomorrow are the coolest in the forecast. most of us in the 50's. you can see the mid-60's to 70 on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday of next week. have a great weekend. >> we have a big closure in antioch, we so you are going to need to get around that this

morning. this closure will last until 5:00. as you can see, antioch bridge is closed 160 gene sherman island and antioch and the way to get around this, though, is to use highway 12 to 5:00 to get to 4, so a round about way to get this. drive time traffic, 580, tracy to castro valley is 33 minutes and still quiet and it is friday lite. 101 northbound from highway 85 is 11 minutes. we will look at what is happening in walnut creek, southbound, along 680 making the move away from highway 4 to the 24 junction, it is a short 90-minute commute. we are accident free. this is no construction. eric and kristen? >> a plane crash caught on camera from inside the cabin and what passengers did to survive as the plane filled with water. >> as you go do work a new

just released video show terrifying moments of a small plane going down in the water off the coast of hawaii with passengers returning off the plane filling with water. one was killed in the crash last december and eight others survived. the passenger who shot this video says physically he is fine but he still is emotionally shaken. >> if you are not a fan of the i.r.s. you are not alone but a new report could explain why so many americans are frustrated with the federal tax collection agency. the taxpayer study finds the i.r.s.' lack of responsiveness can be blamed on budget cuts to the agency. there are now 8,000 fewer full time i.r.s. employees than in 2010 responding only to half of the e-mails.
