we have the chance to get a little bit of rain in here this weekend. mike? >> tomorrow. it will be almost 50/50 weekend. the rain will come through tomorrow but it will not wash out your outdoor activities but could postpone them as it moves through. very dry. much cooler this morning. most of us are in the 30's and 40's. the air is clean. from mount tamalpais and sausalito you can see the bay bridge. a passing high cloud or two. the storm system passes us to the north. low-to-mid 60's but the coast is upper 50's. we still have an accident near the sunol grade southbound on 680 approaching highway 84 with a car that hit a deer so it sounds like lanes are blocked. a little bit of a northbound november building approaching highway 84 but it could be slow traffic. 580 westbound the san rafael bridge is seven minutes and traveling along the san mateo bridge it is only 13 minutes to

dumbarton at 11 minutes from east to west can through marin, southbound along 101 into san francisco it is nine minutes. a few extra tail lights but traffic is smooth. the new flu deaths in the pay area and hospitals are expanding efforts to deal with the patients. matt keller is at regional medical center in san jose. matt? kristen, the tents were just put up here at regional medical center to help with the increase in flu patients and hospitals across the bay area are dealing with this including stand ford hospital and they are dealing with more and more flu patients. there has been a dramatic increase with valley medical center and urgent care unit are filled with flu patients and some had to wait four hours to see a doctor. medical experts are noticing a trend.

target announced the data breach from the christmas shopping season is much bigger, much worse than first thought. the company thousand is revealing that 70 million customers may have had personal data stolen up from the number of 40 million compromised which is almost double among the information stolen is names, e-mails, phone numbers and mailing addresses. the company is attempting to contact those additional victims. a dramatic end to high speed chase in san diego. it began yesterday morning when police tried to stop a man for talking on the cell phone while driving. officers say he took off speeding up to 60 miles per hour through neighborhoods. police stopped the vehicle. officers opened fire after the man refused orders to surrender. investigators say the car matched the description of one involved in a recent shooting.
