>> the man accused of kidnapping a youngant crock girl is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon. 43-year-old david douglas faces six felony charges for the kidnapping including allegations he tried to molest the seven-year-old victim and for poe section child pornography. douglas took the girl from her front yard with a pipe after following her and her mother home from wal-mart. he told us in an interview she went willingly. he faces life in prison if convicted. a man was killed after staggering on to 580 and they are looking to see if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. it happened at 1:00 o'clock this morning. the driver who hit him is cooperating with the investigators. piedmont police are asking for your help to find this woman, 72-year-old jill reese. a silver alert went out. she missed an appointment in
