regulations. the company says as we have deactivated the driver and collect more details. a suspected arsonist appeared in court today and reportedly confessed to setting the fires. abc7 news with latest on this developing news. >> prosecutors filed more charges against patrick brennan. now, the 48-year-old is facing ten counts of arson, three more charges of attempted arson. because of the severity of the case, the judge granted the prosecution's motion for no bail. outside of the court house, district attorney said the total amount of damages so far exceeded $6 million. that they still had not ruled out attempted murder charges. >> six of the structures were occupied by individuals by people, by residents of the county at the time these fires were set. no one was injured or

killed. >> brennan arrested on wednesday at his trailer in this park near where most fires were set the biggest blaze destroyed a warehouse, causing estimated $5 million in damage. another fire ravaged this home on east st. john street on friday. >> mr. brennan gathered combustible materials and used an open flight and light to light materials on fire >> this is a three-strike case because of the prior convictions. brennan was arrested for setting a dozen wildfires in the south fwhachlt is how he appeared in a sketch. brennan has a conviction for a sex crime and is a registered sex offender a cording to documents he reportedly showed them the places where he chose to set the fires and told them that he knew people were inside,

charges dropped against former alameda county supervisor nada lockyear, arrest aid year and a half ago in orange county for methamphetamine possession, being under the influence and child endangerment. she talked about her arrest in an interview last year. >> my sister called and said she found something in her home. and i was arrested. >> your sister turned you in? >> yes.

>> lockyear's melt down began with a confrontation with her boyfriend. after mer than a year in rehab, she has reconciled with her husband. >> and a disabled man denied access to a bus this, happened on friday night. after questioning the driver and confronting it through video, ac transit tells abc7 news the man was told he cannot board because the area designated for wheelchairs was occupied by an elderly passenger with a shopping cart and a mother with an infant. after the disabled man got angry and blocked the bus others convinced the woman with the cart to move to another seat so the man in the wheelchair could board ask they can leave. ac transit says the driver then secured the wheelchair. >> there is more still to come

to anyone with a california address. it's silly, tacky and spoils some of the fun. i love sitting next to someone rooting for opposing team enjoying friendly rivalry. but that is very different from what seems to be happening more often these days harassment and violence against opposing fan fans this, week we reported on a san francisco woman proudly wearing her seahawks shirt getting nasty comments and treatment. come on, then, there are extreme cases like brian stoeshgs beaten into a coma at dodger stadium. one of the core fundamentals is sportsmanship. we expect athletes to conduct themselves accordingly. we should expect and demand the same of fans fans behaving badly, mistreating and insulting opposing fans or worse arcs tack them, should ab shamed they spoil the game for everyone and embarrass them selves and teams they claim to support. let me know what you think. follow
