activities planned. they want to be heard before the vote which scheduled at 1:00 o'clock this afternoon. >> protesters stopped two buses this morning at 8th and market from leaving san francisco. based on the signs in the ones it looks like they were headed if facebook and google. workers sat and waited, some took pictures, as protesters chanted, played music and hung a banner on the side of one of the buses. >> the protests are getting the city to listen. >> they will vote whether the buses should be charge add dollar a stop a day to use the bus stops. protesters say they clog up neighborhood streets and should not be allowed to use public bus stops f a car pulls in the driver could be ticketed. >> if two years, the buses have been able to get a free ride on our muni bus stops while we, the public, who are trying to survive each day, get a ticket for $279.

morning. investigators say two c.h.p. officers opened fire on a man running with a loaded gun near east 15th and 57th at 3:00 this morning. the shooting happened after a short chase which began when the c.h.p. tried to pull over the man who was driving a stolen car. investigators say he crashed into two parked cars and got out of his car and started running. that is when the officers opened fire. the suspect died at the scene. >> developing in us from san jose where a burglary suspect wound up in a very tight spot while trying to make his escape. the man just robbed a marijuana dispensety. matt is in san jose. this was an arrest, matt and a rescue? >> no rescue was needed but it was tough to find him after the official call came in they found him inside this elevator shaft in the dance studio. >> there was a guy walking on the roof. >> this man owns dance boulevard

san jose is up to 71 would tie the record. 70 in mountain view, possible records, the warm spot is less altos at 71 and the coast into san francisco, upper 60's to nearly 70 and san francisco is 69 and yesterday was a record, need to get to 71 today and we will do it in napa, a record high, for a warm spot. and the cool spot is bodega bay at 61. oakland is 71. richmond is 69 and oakland most record highs throughout this trip we have upper 60's to low 70's. 30's in our valleys and 40's around the bay shore and to the coast and tomorrow is just like today, the patter will shift and we will be in the low-to-mid 60's by monday but that is still well above average and you look behind me and you can see the fair is fairly clone and a few high clouds and sunshine and not winter, again, back to you. >> thanks, mike. we sure you remember the bay area captain "sully"
