speech at an economic club of canada. he said he was stuck if a freight elevator for 45 minutes. the story checks out because the president of the club was stuck in the elevator with him along with members of the mayor's staff. they avoided passenger elevators because of traffic in the lobby. ford is having a rough week. video this week showed him ranting against toronto's police chief. >> it is not open but some people are already unhappy with the new september 11th museum at the world trade center site in lower manhattan. officials have revealed the cost of admission and some say it is too high, if adults it will cost $24 to get in. schools, seniors and children get discounts and families of the help help victims will get in for free but some victims' relative criticize the decision to charge anyone an entry fee. the museum board says the money goes to coughing the $60 million operating costs per year. the museum opens in the spring. >> the dow 2014 slump is showing no signs of veto -- slowing.

in livermore and freezing cold in novato at 32 degrees. half moon bay is near 45 with san carlos. from the east bay hills you can see the lights looking down upon emeryville and oakland and it will be partly cloudy and breezy and high fire danger and rough surf continues through the afternoon hours into the evening. it will be warmer. brighter. calmer. dry. big surprise, right? theys are 70's in fairfield, morgan hill, napa, the warm spots. everyone else is in the mid-to-upper 60's and bodega bay, possibly if the lower 60's because of the winds coming in from the south today and the coast will not be quite is warm. lows to upper 30's inland tonight and even the cold air drainage around palo alto and morgan hill is 37 and san jose is 40, and a lot of low-to-mid 40's and 48 in san francisco, and here is the set up, area low pressure is backing toward us

minutes and from the not bay to san francisco golden gate bridge is golden. >> thanks, leyla gulen. new video from the north bay marsh fire in san rafael. this is what drives along interstate 580 saw north of the freeway at the parkway drivers could see the flames from the richmond-san rafael bridge with firefighters there from san rafael on the scene trying to contain this marsh fire with no structures threatened, and it is putting up a lot of smoke in the area and because that is visible from the freeway some slowing is going on with rubbernecking drivers. from the east bay firefighters put out a house fire in pittsburg and called in police because of what they found inside. our reporter is in pittsburg with the story. amy? >> look at this home. would you suspect there was a

huge marijuana "grow" operation inside? firefighters estimated it probably brought in $1.5 million to $2 million a year and was full of plants all in flames overnight. firefighters had to fight this defensively it was so huge. they say it probably started because of faulty wiring because people who grow marijuana bypass the electrical system to pg&e will not see the huge amount of usage. the next door neighbor said he sometimes saw a couple coming in and out that he thought was living here but had no idea he was next to a home full of marijuana plants. >> it was an old are asian married couple. they were in and out and we figured they worked late hours. that is it. here they were, right next to

me. >> no one was here when firefighters arrived and no arrests have been made. the home is standing but it is destroyed inside. firefighters were okay with no injuries. the next door neighbor is grateful that the fire is out and they kept it from spreading. his two young children sleep in the bedrooms next to the home next to where the fire was burning. he is feeling very grateful the firefighters were here and did such a good job. they have not brought the plants out which they will do when the narcotics nehasils -- officers arrive. >> flames broke out at a restaurant in san bruno last night with the fire shooting from the roost of the restaurant with no injuries reported. >> new questions in the shooting death of a bart police officer involving cameras that the officers wear. it was not captured by officers'
