this is a picture of tyler simmons. he is 16. we told he has mental capacity of an eight-year-old and he is antisocial. he has been missing since last night. they have only lived here a year and a half moving here from fremont. the family was searching for him yesterday afternoon. a custodian saw him here on campus at 7:00 last night. the family searched this area and called in police at 8:15 when the officers took over and searched the campus overnight. they do not suspect foul play. they are asking for the community to keep an eye out for him and if you see him to call police. thank you. a convicted sex offender and kidnapper is in jail after trying to get on the campus of an elementary school. police arrested theodore lorigo for violate registration
