involved in an tack in golden gate park, 12 of dog that's went after a man last night prompting police to shoot ask kill one of the animals. >> san francisco animal care and control officers caught this white pit bull wednesday morning after a full scale search for the aggressive dog throughout golden gate park. in four by fours and on foot. police say it followed a vicious attack overnight the dog and another pit bull attacked a man believed to be homeless in the park. his friend, the possible owner of the dogs tried to help, the animals turned on him, too. neighbors heard cries for help. >> this one guy hadded a backpack. he was, between he and the dog. and like i said, this guy was just trying to get away. >> the attack sent a victim to the hospital. animal control arriveed and tried to catch the dogs but could not. police say they had no choice but to shoot and kill one of the pit bulls.

years old. >> we can confirm that that 17-year-old woman was a teen mother and know the man accused of shooting her is her younger brother, 14 years old. after six days he's now in police custody in that building behind me, speaking with investigators. this is what we know. police have been investigating the death of the 17-year-old justice toliver, naming her 14-year-old brother has the suspect in the killing. police say the teen walked into the oakland police station with family, friends and his attorney. the teen was handcuffed. according to an officer the 14-year-old was visibly upset. detectives credit the family for encouraging the 14-year-old to turn himself in >> i want to thank family and friends in contact with this young man trying to persuade him to turn himself n i want to take my hat off to them
