a young woman who has been trying to get away from her abusive boyfriend has been acquitted yesterday. she gave us permission to show this photo. last september she and her ex-boyfriend came to san francisco for a weekend get way. they had drinks and later at their hotel he beat her through her against furniture then later threatened to kill her, she drove way. police stopped her for dui. the jury found she was a victim not a criminal. >> we're learning new details about a 20-year-old after school

1990s and ended when she was able to escape. abc7 news joins us live now with details in martinez. that is where the man pleaded guilty. leanne? >> for some reason we don't know why, police did not consider this to be a high profile case, therefore it got very little media attention until yesterday. raul ochoa pleaded guilty, admitting to this horrible crime. this house on alamo street was where the 52-year-old raul ochoa sexually abused and kept one of his relatives 14 years the abuse started when the young girl came to live with them at 13 years old. >> in that home, she was basically through the use of emotional and psychological pressure as well as sex abuse forced to participate in horrific acts >> she was not allowed to go to

school. when old enough he taught her how to do landscaping work. a neighbor knew something was not right. >> she didn't go to school she was, they were always together. she never had any friends. >> investigators say he built a shed where most sex abuse occurred. it has since been torn down. there were other people in the house, including his wife ask children. the d.a.says they, too, lived in fear of him. but in august, 2012 at the age of 27, she told others she wanted to escape. >> on the last day she set up, she indicated that she said she was going use the rest room and had a relative down the street. and at the time she went to use the rest room she twoent a vehicle and able to get to the richmond police department. >> yesterday, ochoa pled guilty to a count of forced lewd acts on a child and two counts of
