her mother and her mother's boyfriend are in custody and could face charges in a case neighbors called stunning and unthinkable. amy hollyfield is at the el cerrito bart station where the couple was arrested. amy? >> police found them because of an anonymous tip and taken to napa county jail and while police work on the charges they will file against them some in napa gathered for a vigil for the little girl who was killed. three-year-old kayleigh slusher was found in her bed in an apartment in napa on saturday. police say it appear she suffered from blunt force trauma and also sexual assault. when she was discovered in her apartment, police started looking for her mom and the mother's boyfriend. those at the apartment complex say the couple had recently been using drugs. >> she hooked with him and you can see her doing downhill. i didn't see the little girl

shot january 23 in an apartment building. her brother turned himself in six days later. he was upset because she bleached some of his clothes. justice toliver looks behind a three-year-old daughter. >> oakland police say two people were shot dead in front of a boys and girls club. police were called to 24th near market on saturday night and they found a 15-year-old boy and a 35-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds, dead at the scene. they knew each other. no word on a motive or suspect. >> police are serving several search warrants to identify a murder suspect. a 33-year-old man was found by his mother shot to death in the backyard of their home inside a mobile home park in the 500 block of san antonio way the second homicide this year in the mobile park. anyone with information is asked to call the police. >> police are investigating the shooting death of a rich manned man at a bar.

okay but i drove through some fog this morning coming from the east bay. clouds and fog through the morning. cooler with mid-30's to low 40's. today is cooler-than-average with low-to-mid 50's by noon and the same thing by 4:00 with partly cloudy conditions, and clouds will start to fade into the evening hours and dress for temperatures in the mid-to-upper 40's. moving forward the theme is unsettled and below average weather tomorrow. low-to-mid 50's under partly cloudy sky and wednesday into thursday, the temperatures are staying mostly in the 50's. maybe a touch of winter is finally back in the forecast. leyla gulen? >> we are tracking fog in the north bay. the orange is where fog could be affecting the commute at 64 miles per hour from novato to lucas valley. use your low beams.
