suspects. >> police are investigating an attempted abduction near the university of california student housing complex in albany. a 15-year-old boy on crutches said a man in a large black s.u.v. stopped and told him to get in. the teen refused and the driver blocked his pat got out of the s.u.v. and tried to force him into the car. the suspect is described at white or hispanic man 6' tall where a beard wearing construction boots. >> this morning, a napa mother and her boyfriend are facing charges in the death of a three-year-old girl. sara krueger and her boyfriend, ryan warner arrest charged with the death of kayleigh slusher who was found was found in the apartment on saturday. authorities were called to the apartments for a welfare check and they found girl dead and appeared abuses. dozens turned out including the grandfather of her.

mountain where the elevation is about 4,700' and to the tahoe mountains, the skiers are loving it. >> they got snow and i have video to show you from lake county. they had snow yesterday morning and you can see it should have been video and i am not sure why that didn't run but it came down, and we had some on top of diabolo. from mount tamalpais it was few close at 2,600' but plenty of rain and it is clear. i expect the fog to develop in the morning and 32 to 48 degrees so we have quite a spread, again, and toward noon we will be more homogenized and where we will stay in the afternoon with mostly sunny skins. notice the temperatures are running about five to six degrees cooler-than-average and toward 7:00 it will cool quickly in the evening hours back into

out at 2:00 this morning, firefighters got reports that someone may have been trapped inside but they didn't find anyone. the cause of the place is under investigation. >> a napa mother and her boyfriend are in custody suspected in the death of her three-year-old daughter. they were arrested at a bart station yesterday. amy hollyfield is at the bart station. >> they were on the run for 25 hours and police caught up with them and arrested them at the el cerrito del norte bart station. they are in jail. those who knew the little girl are now in mourning. they held a vigil at the apartment in napa last night for three-year-old kayleigh slusher. people in the apartment complex described her as always smiling and full of joy. police found her body in her bed saturday morning and started looking to her mom and her mother's boyfriend. >> during the initial stage the

investigators noted what appears to be blunt force trauma injuries on the victim. follow-up indicated that the victim appeared to have been sexually assaulted. >> 23-year-old sara krueger and 26-year-old ryan warner are now in the napa county jail awaiting charges. it looks like it will be homicide with special circumstances and assault resulting in a child's death. witnesses saw them walking away from their apartment on saturday morning with luggage and police caught up where them because of an anonymous tip. they are expected to be arraign this week and the medical examiner faces the grim task of performing an autopsy on the three-year-old little girl. thank you, developing news from now overnight where two people are dead after a hostage situation at a high school in the russian capital. a man entered the school this
