say they also found child pornography in the home. >> san jose state university released a 53-page report investigating a racial hate crime taking place last fall this, is put together after four white students were accused of bullying a black roommate. here is what the task force found the victim did not want to report them and asked others not to report them, either. staff did act quickly. however, the university president and his chief of staff were kept in the dark about the severity of the incident for a month. the task force says the lack of internal communication impeded the university ability to ensure safety. the task force will make safety and response recommendations to the university. >> the san jose fire department is facing heat for not getting to medical injuries fast enough. santa clara county supervisor says paramedics only getting to
