doppler 7 hd shows the clouds overspreading us from northwest to southeast it will become partly sunny this afternoon with high clouds mixing with mid-clouds for the first forecast at 54 to 58 around the bay and 55 to 58 inland and the coast is the coolest at 51 to 55 and breezy with the warts choppy . we have on-ramp northbound 101 blocked because of the stalled bus in san francisco so you could see some slow downs. there is traffic wimbledoning from daly city to san francisco but that is dissipateing. from tracy to castro valley is 11 minutes and from highway 85 to san jose airport and through daly city to san francisco, 280, northbound, under ten minutes.

in san jose away from 17 that is quiet with only a couple of headlights and no traffic southbound. the crime tape is up in pittsburg after a double shooting. amy hollyfield has the latest. police have cleared the scene. it is quiet in the neighbor. it looks like everyone is sound asleep. you would never know there was a double shooting here and here is how it looks when police got the call to come to heather wood, with two people shot, a woman and a man, a block apart. she was shot in the back and he was shot in the arm. they were taken to the hospital. police are looking into whether this could be related to an armed robbery early in antioch or could it be a drive-by shooting? they still working the case. at this point we are told no arrests have been made.

>> all lanes of interstate 80 are re-opened this morning after a police shooting that started at 8:00 last night in dixon. police say they pulled over an assault suspect driving a stillen vehicle and he is believed armed with a sawed-off shotgun and charged at the officers. one officer opened fire hitting the man and he was taken to the hospital. his condition is not known but the shooting shut down lanes on 80 for more than four hours. a napa woman and her boyfriend suspected killing her daughter will appear in court. the three-year-old was found dead in her mother's napa apartment. this were signs of sexual abuse. autopsy results are expected today and will help determine what really happened. sara krueger and ryan warner were arrested on sunday. police say they visited the couple's home to check on the

girl most recently on thursday. sara krueger step sister said she was not the kind of person would would hurt her own child. >> she was not that type of person. it was is hard for her to get her to put her in time out when she did something wrong. >> napa valley register reports that caylee shrub's body will be released to her father's parents. her father is in jail at san quentin. >> teacher's aide suspected of molesting children will enter a plea today after being charged with molesting five girls between three and 17 and was arrested in july after girl said he tried to force her to have sex. he is charged with possession of child pornography. >> a pastor accused of arson, purgery and fraud will be arraigned after being arrested on charges of conspiring to fire

hospital l no word on his condition. in napa a mother and her boyfriend will be in court to face murder charges in delegate of her three-year-old daughter. katie marzullo is in the newsroom with the latest. >> the 23-year-old woman and her t.c.-year-old boyfriend appear this afternoon in napa superior court. we are learning more of how police tracked them down. >> sara krueger and ryan scott wanter face charges of murder and child abuse. they were arrested on sunday because of the help of alert citizens. a woman at ihop recognized them in the restaurant and the manager recognized them from tv. the police got several calls and put the word out to law enforcement and bart police found the pair at the bart station around 11:00 a.m. on sunday. they were last seen leaving sara krueger's farm open saturday morning with luggage. neighbors called police to do a welfare check on saturday afternoon and that is where
