abc7 news cover is in san jose with the meeting in progress. >> over the past couple of minutes, the supervisors talking about the issue that could be putting lives across san jose in jeopardy. santa clara supervisors are debating why the fire department is not responding to medical calls faster and what to do about that fact. many degree the department has broken the contract and promise to the county. senator that clear county pays san jose fire to respond to medical calls within eight minutes but over the year the goal has been met only 80 percent of the time. the fire department blames staffing and budget cuts but supervisor would was running for mayor of san jose wants the fire department held accountable. >> we went response times improved. yesterday would not have been too soon. we will ask if a 30-day plan,

shrubber family and she said kayleigh slush's death is the most horrible thing that could ever happen. they have naughty on the funeral arrangements. >> the coroner has completed the autopsy on the three-year-old but cannot release the body to the slusher family until the district attorney says it is okay. the coroner's report is not available until late next week the she was found dead in her mother's apartment on saturday afternoon during a welfare check. it looked like she was beaten and sexually abused. the mother, sara krueger and the mother's girlfriend were seen leaving friday afternoon. they were arrested on sunday. a woman at ihop recognized them in the restaurant and the manager wreck enjoy them from tv. the police alerted law enforcement and bart police found and arrested the pair at the station on sunday. >> 23-year-old sara krueger and

in the mid-to-upper 30's. at 7:00, on wednesday morning, you can see the clouds increasing in the only commute and by noon, light showers are breaking out in the north bay and all of us will see rain by 6:00 and it will spread during the afternoon and evening commutes is wet and waves of light showers roll through in the evening hours and through 7:00 in the morning, the morning commute will be as wet as in the evening and by noon on thursday, our high elevations are getting a scattered showers and by 5:00 all is just about over but for the snow in lake tahoe. now, the rainfall amendments, the models are trending wetter. we are going .1 to .25"" and possibly up to .75" and bringing in the the system faster in the not bay so it could be hanging around longer and squeeze out some more rain.
