this morning, we have sprinkles. mid-to-upper 40's in the north bay through fairfield and antioch and los gatos and hayward and everyone else around 50 to 52. the warm spot half moon bay at 54. live doppler 7 hd shows scattered sprinkles, and you can see the moist flow coming in from the west and that will bring us a chance of light rain today. today is a lull between the two storms but it will be wet but light. now the friday morning commute. >> we have friday lite so far. it is polar opposite from yesterday. as we look from our app we can see san jose is uneventful at 101 with top speeds moving up to sunnyvale and 280 is accident free. along the peninsula and we look at dumbarton and san mateo

bridge, traffic is running smoothly. now, away from hayward to foster city you can see the traffic is running smooth with no accidents, no stalls to block any lanes and so far, friday lite. >> we have breaking news from san jose where police are investigating a stabbing outside a downtown hotel. police say a person was found stabbed in the neck in front of the marriott after 3:00 a.m. it and believed the person may have been stabbed in a parking garage a block away and walk or taken to the marriott hotel where they were taken to the hospital. yesterday morning, a man was fatally stabbed in the same area outside of fairmont hotel area and it is not known if the two attacks are connected. >> developing news in richmond where employees are wondering if they will have jobs when they show up at business that sells a unique walk in bathtub.

authorities raided the offices yesterday. amy hollyfield has more on the story. amy? >> yes, eric. employees are worried. today is payday. they are concerned that rather than a paycheck they will see more of this: the scene of state investigators raiding the business. they say they will be back today. they are not talking specifics but have a search warrant for an ongoing investigation. no arrests have been made. employees say it feels like something fishy is going on and the company changed their call are i.d. so calls could not be traced. the company is known for the tv cheryls with local and national celebrities promoting the easy access bathtubs. myees wonder what this means for them. >> this is bad because we have to feed our families. we barely make enough money here anyway. we don't know what we will do

junk mail from the bank. katie marzullo is in the newsroom with that story. >> that mail is generating plenty of social media buzz including a new facebook page. it is "lisa is a slut mcintyre page." here is what happened. bank of america sent her a credit card offer with the envelope and letter addressed to "lisa is a slut mcentire." she is a freelance writer and shocked by the maim which was sent to her mom's house and she started write, tweeted bank of america about the name-calling and the back responded saying "we're incredibly sorry this happened and are researching to take action." and the said "we are vetting and will reach out to you." according to her twitter feed,

the vice president of communications did call her and told lisa that the offensive middle name was added to her account between 2004 and 2008 and they are continuing to investigate. the big question this morning unanswered: how did to happen? hopefully if the bank gets back, she will tweet. she is refusing interviews. happening today, san francisco district attorney, along with other officials, will introduce a bill aimed at cracking down on cell phone thefts. the bill requires small phones and other mobile devices to have a "kill" switch that renders them inoperable if lost or stolen. in san francisco alone more than 50 percent of all robberies involve the theft of a mobile device. in oak oakland it amounts to 75 percent of robberies.

>> the "wall street journal" reports that hackers infiltrated target computer system by accessing the electronic. billing system of a refrigerator contractor who is working with the secret service to figure out how the hackers accessed the network. >> mastercard and visa will introduce credit cars with security chip to thwart thieves. rather than the swipe and sign they will insert cards and enter a pin number. >> police are looking for the help in identifying a man would held up a wells fargo bank in fremont yesterday afternoon. the robbery happened afternoon at the wells fargo with employees saying this man entered the bank and handed over a letter demanding cash and the suspect was able to get away with undisclosed amount of cash describeeding a black man in his early 30's.

full of water at 87 near the shark town and this morning it is clean. we will have a camp and gray sky which will let the water out in intermittent levels but the north bay at noon you will have steady light rain during the afternoon hours with flooding rain tomorrow. we will have waves of rain through sunday. here is how it looks: not much going on, quiet, clouds are streaming in ahead of the system. that is what it will bring us so much wet weather. you can see it. a thousand miles of water waiting to parade across the bay area. this is how it dances or walks. can you see by noon we are starting to see light rain along the shore and we will have intermittent light-to-moderate rain in the afternoon and into the evening when you see the yellows and that moderate rain moves to the north bay overnight and will stay there moderate-to-heavy rain at times

through the morning hours and it stars to taper a little bit by noon and it stays light for the rest of us and light-to-moderate up north in the afternoon and evening hours. you can see how the north bay is pounded and by 9:00 sunday we are seeing a little bit of a break. up to 8" in the north bay and most of the bay area will get 1.5 to 3". seven-day outlook shows beyond this, we will have sunshine and warmer than average temperatures tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. be safe. it is look like friday lite. one incident is a stall at the 880 connection. that where we are having problems but we are seeing some delays over the altamont pass and not like usual but you can see plenty of green on the map.

afternoon and this evening, all of us are going to have wet weather and that is the beginning of the storm. the entire weekend storm starts to come in. temperatures in the 50's. leyla gulen? >> we hope there is not a repeat year. that was terrible. this morning, so far, it is the opposite, nice and quiet. we have a couple of areas of construction and this is a project that will last until 3:00 this afternoon, a lane will be blocked off on the lower deck of the bay bridge at the tower, and that could slow down the traffic if you are trying to make it out of the city so you could see the bottleneck there starting to slow things down. as we take a look at drive time traffic a 29-minute commute and i-80 westbound from four to the maze is a different story than yesterday and 16 minutes gets you influence and 87 nobody to the san jose airport is under ten minutes. the maze shows from berkeley to 580, traffic is running smoothly to the bay bridge and not a

investigators hauling arrest boxes of papers. the state license board says the company that markets and installed the tubs has numerous complains including false advertise asking failure to get permits and overcharging customers. >> this must be something shady going on because it seemed like a shady place. >> the owner of the company could not be found following the raid. investigators would only say that they had a search warrant. >> the trap gender teen charged with battery after a school fight admitted to starting the fight last year captured on cell phone video at hercules high school and says she acted in civil defense against a bully. 200,000 people signed a petition asking the prosecution to drop the charges. she now is entering a justice program, if completes, the charges are dropped.
