congestion building. if you are headed in the eastbound direction you will find one lane is blocked in the eastbound direction headed beyond treasure island until 3:00 this morning. traffic is building. highway 4, antioch to concord is 16 minutes and from san rafael to san francisco is 17 minutes. outside, metering lights are not on and cash paying lanes are loaded up. we possibly have an accident ahead with more information on that coming up. >> breaking news in san francisco where police are investigating a stabbing outside a downtown hotel. police say a man was found stabbed in the neck in front of the mayor idea hotel after 3:00 a.m. he may have been stabbed in a parking garage a block away and walked or was taken to the marriott hotel where he was taken to the hospital with no word on his condition.

yesterday morning, a man was fatally stabbed in the same area not too far away with police investigating whether the two are connected. >> police have identified a 62-year-old woman shot and killed by hayward police this week. authorities say the officers conducted a welfare check on the woman when slow pulled a handgun on them. an officer opened fire hitting her. show died at the hospital. the handgun she pulled was a copy. she called 9-1-1 several times that evening. police say a handwritten note indicated she wanted to end her life because of family troubles. >> in richmond, employees are wondering to they have jobs when they show up at a business that sells a unique walk in bathtub. amy hollyfield is in richmond with that step. amy? >> yes, kristen, investigators will be back together.

employees of the company are wondering what that means for them. you have probably seen this video, the commercials which they known for. they feature local and national celebrities. state investigators raided the richmond offices yesterday saying this was all part of an ongoing investigation. it surprised employees. >> the feds, or whoever they are, they came through and told everyone to sit down and they told us they had a warrant out to search the place. >> we checked with the contractor's state license board. the company has complaints against it including false advertising and failure to get permits and overcharging customers. as far as a criminal investigation authority would not release specifics.

no arrests have been made. we looked for the owners and we checked his office that was listed and his home and he was not at either locations and employees are wondering if he will be here today which is payday. >> a malfunctioning electronic sign is being investigated as the possible cause of a commercial building fire in san rafael this morning. firefighters who tweeted this picture had a tough type getting to the fire near the 101580 split because it was in a remote area. sprinklers were still functioning that helped the firefighters get it under control at 1:00 o'clock this morning. no one ever told the bank of america it is not nice to call people names. the bank is investigating after a bay area woman got a credit card offer that gave her a middle name that most people would not want to be called.
