abc7 news starts right now with breaking news. the breaking news involves an attempted plane hijacking from turkey where the passengers said this was a bomb on the plane bound for turkey. the passenger demanded the pilot take the plane to sochi where the olympics are taking off but it is now on the ground. cnn has the news agency says the hijacker is in custody. the plane was carrying 110 passengers. it took off from an airport in the ukraine on the way to istanbul.

was messing around. the suggested middle name is making the rounds on social media where lisa first went public with the trashy piece of junk mail. someone created a facebook page with the same make featuring bank of america but the credit card offer came from the international honor society which has claimed responsibility for the mistake, that lisa first learned about in a text from her mother as the mail went to her mom's house. she tweeted pictures of the envelope and letter to both companies prompting promises to investigate. flooding, and creek flooding, as wealth, and mud and rock slides, and possibly in the not bay and santa cruz mountains. we have rain showing up as jell-o and moving through during the evening hours, so plan on it being wet for 48 hours. tomorrow morning, you can see the moderate-to-heavy rain starting to move in and that is when we will see the flooding that will taper during the afternoon hours, but notice the jell-o never goes away and that is where you are going to get so were rain. on sunday morning, sunday at noon, a last push of moderate-to-heavy rain and by sunday evening it is out of here. rainfall amounts are .5" to an inch in the santa clara valley. 1" to 3" for the rest of us. it will be heavy snow in lake tahoe, 2 to 4' down to 7,000 feet so travel will be treacherous.
