east bay without power this morning. there are 106 in the south bay. 44 customers are in the dark in the north bay and 11 on the peninsula. no significant outage in san francisco. investigators in the north by are trying to determine if a man found dead in the back immediate of a mill valley home wandered away from a weather-related accident. authorities say slick roads may have sent the s.u.v. down the hill where it landed upside down before 10:00 a.m. the search-and-rescue found the vehicle empty but the driver was spotted in a backyard. crews used gear because the neighborhood isibility into the side of the valley. >> there is no one. inside the vehicle at the time of the officers responding so we tried to determine how many people were in the vehicle. >> the coroner will determine how the man died. police would not release his identity but says he lives near. >> in the sierra some rivers are

soon enough. >> hayward police are investigating a possible home invasion where the suspects were shot by their intended victim. the shooting happened on western boulevard at 5:30 last night. police arrived they found a man dead from gunshot wounds. a person living at home said another suspect took off. police received a call that a woman with wounds was dropped off at a hospital. investigators are trying to determine if she was involved in the home invasion. >> a carjacking suspect is in serious condition after being shot by san jose police following a short case. police got a call of someone waving a gun around at 3:00 a.m. and the man who called said the suspect took his pants, car keys and his car. police chased the suspect around the neighborhood and the man rammed the squad car and was shot when he extend out. >> a top college football player reveals he is gay. next, why michael sam says he will not let his stop his dream of playing in the nfl.

drizzle and fog and cloudy in the afternoon. storm track is moving north. it will be close enough wednesday and thursday to bring a slight chance of rain to the neighborhoods. we will warm into the upper 50's to low 60's in most neighborhoods, we have 63 in morgan hill and santa cruz is warmest. >> check out the fog tonight, not just cloud cover but fog. north bay, the entire bay, the coast, the central valley, temperatures are ten degrees cooler this morning in low-to-mid 40's. watch the clouds go were a as we head to noon we will break out of the fog with more sun in the afternoon and mostly cloudy. it will be hard to get rid of this. the winds are coming from the north, the wind shift is dry and fog is developing for the commute and the winds come from the west and that is bringing in the next storm wednesday morning
