the project will cost almost $17 million and the federal government has kicked in more than $2 million to expand the field. a drug suspect is facing more charges after he tried to break out of jail and injured three sheriff deputies in the process in a holding area at the county jail in fairfield last wednesday. the sheriff says that 24-year-old ran down a hall and sprayed three deputies in the face with a fire extinguisher. he never made it out of the facility. >> a road damaged by the storm could remain closed for the next six to eight weeks. part of the road collapsed in a landslide after being founded with rain. crews had to should down the road which is northwest of guerneville and they plan to install a viaduct and rebuild the road. no one was hurt but the landslide buried a truck. now a check on the weather forecast and the possibility of

says it will discussion the status of the area's water supply at a board meeting tonight including water convocation programs for the 1.8 million customers. officials voted to and customers to voluntarily reduce water usage by ten percent. east bay mud board will meet to discuss whether to ask customers to voluntarily reduce their water use by 10 percent starting today. east bay mud provides drinking water for 1.3 million customers. despite the rain we got over the week, the route is nowhere near over. water levels have gone up in several key resolution veries and phoenix lake in marin county is back at levels it held before the marin municipal water district tapped into it to relief the drought much the storm added 3,900 acre feet of water to the supply in one day bringing levels to 64 percent of capacity. >> we have almost 15" of rain.
