sexual crimes against children to selling them drugs. katie marzullo is at san jose fire department with details we broke at abc7 news at eleven. >> this is fire station one where mario cuestas worked until six months ago when he was injured and forced into administration position. the 53-year-old in that position working as a community outreach officer -- going into neighborhood associations, schools and churches. mario cuestas is accused selling methamphetamine to high school students. sources say he is guilty of committing sexual acts with children, as well. a special task force raided his administration office yesterday and took him in the custody at that time. they took his computer. the san jose fire departmentdown president says that while he is not passing judgment this early he usedded word "shocked" and "disappointed." >> our hearts go out to anyone

of serving pot place food to friends at a party will be arraigned. the 47-year-old was arrested last month and charged with three counts of poisoning. she worked at an elementary school broad a dish that was laced with marijuana to a party in november. several guests reported feeling sick and two women were later taken to the hospital. a 15-year-old reported symptoms after eating it the next day. she has been placed on administrative leave. >> there was a shooting of a private security guard -- he shot and wounded a burglary suspect yesterday. a guard from a san jose firm security code 3, saw what he believes to be burglaries breaking into a home in the neighborhood and after a chase, police say one of the two suspects threatened the guard with a sharp edged object.

he was assigned as a community outreach officer. authorities took mario cuestas and custody at the administration offices where he was currently assigned. they took his commuter. we were able to talk with a young president for the san jose fire department. he says this is upsetting to the entire department. >> any time a member of the fire department is involved in something that is not consistent with what we are here to do it is always very disturbing. every person in the fire department is going to be donely touched by any bad news like that. >> the san jose four department issued a statement reading we are surprised this event happened and we are not jumping to conclusions and we are not prosecuting him. this is an ongoing investigation. the investigation has been going on for months and investigators say it starred with a tip and culminated with mario cuestas selling methamphetamine to undercover officers.
