morning. we have pictures of him from facebook. this firefighter now accuses of selling methamphetamine to kids. he was will committing sex acts with underage kids. they do not think he was committing these crimes on the clock as a firefighter but they worry he abused his position as country outreach officer. authorities took mario cuestas into custody at the fire department administration office year. that is where he was assigned and they took computer from the office. the san jose fire department union president telling us this is upsetting for everyone. >> any time a member of the fire department is involved in something that is not consistent with what we are here to do it is disturbing. every person in the fire department is going to be deeply touched by any bad news like that. >> the san jose fire department

we take you to breaking news in pennsylvania. this is outside of philadelphia. this is on the pennsylvania turnpike. we have a multi-vehicle crash. we had prior toes that there were 20 vehicles and now it is said to be 30 vehicles and some reports say over 50 vehicles. you can see a jackknifed tractor trailer and some people say the problem with the toll system on the turnpike does fought allow -- fought allow you to get off. all lanes are closed now in bucks county, pennsylvania. weather is probably a factor. former oakland police chief says that the new court-appointed police leader is a travesty justice for oakland. he says robert warshaw is to distrusted in the department that several police officials are concerned his authority will

most of our rain, the atmospheric river is to the north and that is where it will stay. across the golden gate bridge you can see condensation at deck looking at the cars coming in from marin county it is it is fy but not so foggy on the bay bridge. mid-50 throughout our inland east bay valleys and livermore is warmer at 57 and everyone in the mid-50 this morning. it is very mild. san jose the fog is not so thick as yesterday as we look at 280 and 17. easier than yesterday to see the sunshine, and temperatures are above average again and light rain tomorrow night through sunday morning and more rain and cooler weather tuesday and wednesday next week. watch the warm front put us in the wear arm -- the warm air mass and the next storm is not hooked to the atmospheric river so the rainfall amounts are light this welcome. we will talk how they get here:
