shed protection. >> we're live now with farmer who's say they need the help this year. wayne? >> one thing the president cannot bring is rain. all of the problems that comes from absence of rain. we'll have a case of trickle-down economics here. yes, we had rain last week. yes, grass is growing but we're not out of the drought. big problem for cattle ranchers now is feed. specifically, hay, or the lack of it. >> right now this is probably oh, at least ankle high. >> not growing? >> not even growing. >> norm likes to think of himself as an optimist but when he plants seed for rye grass and only has this to show for it, it can be a test. he's one of the people ranchers relie when rain doesn't fall, and cattle need to eat this, year, norm is yet another link in the drought

news obtained this video showing the victim crossing van ness mid block and seconds later a car did strike him and sent him hurling across the seat. lambbert died at the scene. a u.s. postal service truck caught fire, you can see saying they're going to give instructions on what to do about their lost mail. >> a new sewer pipe is in place after the old one broke yesterday, dumping 100,000 gallons of raw sewage into the russian river. the 40-year-old pipe gave way yesterday officials shut wells and it took

until 12:45 to finish the repair. >> a teacher a pot laced dish as a potluck is charged with one count of serving marijuana and one point of poisoning. two women had to be taken to the hospital. badger has been placed on administrative leave. a $2500 reward being offered for information of a fatal poisoning of a dog. the dog died on february 3rd. he belonged to murad gabriel, who has been investigating how rat poison threatens wildlife. a necrospy
