into his home and that person also fired some shots in his direction but he was not hurt. police are look around and could not find that person or find a car. the suspect took off in a car with at least one other suspect. it was a short time later a man with a gunshot wind turned up at a local hospital. that is where that person died. police do believe he is a suspect in the break in, in san jose. he has not been identified. it is san jose's eighth homicide of the year. investigators still are trying to determine whether the man was justified in shooting someone who appeared to be breaking into his home. san jose mayor laid out his vision for the year after delivering the eighth and final
