years old and police say he posted nude pictures of them >> they'd meet young girls. one suspect met the two in downtown san jose. from there brought them back to his house, they spent the evening. next day met up with the second suspect. and started to discuss making money together. >> a berkeley firefighter died last night after an accident driving his tractor on his ranch in in unincorporated contra cost ka county. flags were flying at half staff to honor his memory. his jacket also draped over a truck at station 7, where he worked.

they believe he may have information in what happened in moments before. >> don't take anything for granted. it could be the last time you see them. >> the 31-year-old struck ask killed on sunday, less than ten minutes from the home he shared with his girlfriend and their two month old son. >> i just want them to know ron was a really good person. a good father and a good boyfriend he didn't deserve to go so early in life. he had a long life ahead of him >> ron died at the scene of the crash just west of i 680 sunday evening. police tell abc7 news the accident started when the drivers of this infinity coupe and a black toyota tundra started moving at high rates of speed. a speeding car smashed into his mazda. evidence collected by police have fuelled investigators with more questions for the driver of

the toyota. because the driver did not stop after the crash, and has not come forward. today, police were back on the scene looking for witnesses. >> we're still trying to identify who it may be. so we can talk to him about what took place here, what his involvement was. how he was tied in with the infinity. they're traveling southbound. >> police are trying to determine if road rage or drag racing were factors questions only the driver who's caused this can answer. >> we need to talk to him to help put more pieces of the collision together. >> the driver of the infinity taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition. those who knew and those who love ron are struggling to understand. the hunt for what police describe as a late model toyota tundra continues. >> two men in critical condition this evening after their car was hit by an amtrak train. police say the driver went around the railroad crossing barrier at buster berry way and

peralta boulevard the car landed on the roof. police say the two men inside are in their 0s, one from fremont, another, southern california. the train sat on the tracks two hours last night before it moved on. 14 people were on board the amtrak. none were hurt. >> bart police said an equipment problem, not human error caused a train accident friday night the train derailed into concord station. trains started running again yesterday. crews removed damaged cars a broken axel might have caused a derailment by damaging part of a track switch called a frog. >> a bill to modify housing law protecting renters in san francisco met with demonstrators today. the protestors represented property owners that want to keep the ellis act unchanged they chanted while mark leno held a news conference.

pacific satellite picture, mild weather thanks to high pressure but first storm here due in on wednesday. and here are the risks urban flooding, wind damage, thunderstorms. storm two, friday, 80 wednesday morning. by 10:00 a.m light rain moves in. hazardous kins going into evening rush hour. and winds picking up and that could be problematic. going from 40 miles to 50 miles. winds will be tapering at that point. we can see trees getting knocked down. rainfall estimates inch and a half to three inches for

mountains. half an inch to inch for lower elevations. second system coming through on friday. and it's going to aim more into southern california. you can see shades of blue there. tomorrow morning some patchy low clouds along the coast. low 60s to low 70s. cloud cover looking ahead at the accu-weather forecast, leading up to our first storm wednesday, showers early thursday, then more rain with scattered showers continuing into saturday just a slight chance with sunday's system. it doesn't look impressive. we're getting ready for major changes here in the bay area. and they're about to fade.
