the off-ramp. >> coroner arrived on the scene and that could speed up the opening of the off-ramp on saratoga avenue in san jose. it is being investigated as a possible hit-and-run accident but c.h.p. officers say the woman may have jumped off the saratoga overpass on to the exit ramp before she was hit by a vehicle. they say evidence here like debris and skid marks and several other drivers stopped to report the woman in the middle of the southbound saratoga avenue off-ramp. officers say they interviewing witnesses as they try to put this together. the victim is only being described as adult female. c.h.p. has closed the southbound saratoga avenue off-ramp off northbound 280 but the northbound exit is still open so if you get off you can do a u-turn and get on southbound saratoga avenue. c.h.p. told us that because the coroner has arrived on the scene this scene could be cleared up in about 15 to 20 minutes.

muni tracks and crashed into a middle school at 2:00 this morning and then hit trees and a pole. police say a bicyclist crashed on the same wet muni tracks but was not seriously hurt. >> in the east bay police are investigating a rollover in oakland on the connection to highway 13 and eastbound 24 last night. the accident could be rain-related. the driver is expected to be okay. >> despite high water levels in the russian river the crowd is not close to over. rainfall yesterday and throughout the month of february has helped but officials say the river and other local reservoirs are still below where they should be in march. one mayor is trying to get permission from the state to send reclaim treated wastewater to vineyards. locals are asked to reduce water use knowledge by -- water usage

you remember the couple who found $10 million in gold coins on their property in the sierra foothills? we may know where the rare coins came from. details were reported from a heist from the san francisco mint back in 1900. the coaches in -- coined had a face value of $30,000 similar to the minute condition coins found by the northern california couple. a historian says one coin from 1866 liberty $20 gold piece that did not have "in god we trust," was fund bit couple and was someone's private counsel -- private counsel that tries it to the minute. it was found in an old can on their property and they planned to auction off the coins but that could be on hold with all the questions unanswered. >> will the government ask for it back?
