conclude it was not a terrorist incident. interpol released this picture and the identities of the two iranian men the focus of so much suspicion. one is 19 years old and it is believed he was seeking assume in germany. the second man is 29-year-old and interpol say they traveled to malaysia on their iranian passports and those passports were not reported stolen or listed in interpol databases but the men switched to stolen documents. >> when they arrived in kuala lumpur on 28th of february they boarded flight 370 using different identities. a stolen austrian and stolen italian passport. >> as for the plan, month sign of it, and search-and-rescue teams have expanded the scope of

was an accident with four vehicles with two lanes blocked. it is adding extra time to the commute. the drive coming from tracy to dublin, westbound 580 is 40 minutes along highway 4 westbound from antioch to concord is 32 minutes and 101 southbound from san rafael to san francisco is 17 minutes. traffic is building with the headlights in the southbound direction are building but we are still accident free. we help it stays that way. >> we have newness on breaking news in san francisco, firefighters and the water department are working on a broken water line that is gushing water into the streets since 5:00 this morning. look at the floods seen. the break happened only w waller with 50 notes without water right now in the 700 block of waller street.

this is the 6" main that broke and it is 100 years old we have learned. it does not look like the water has flooded any homes but the latest is on twitter. a released report says 37,000 prescription painkiller pills are missing from four northern california cvs drugstores that include the most popular painkillers on the market. nick? when a control substance is missing the feds have questions. who took them? where are they? look at some of this. according to the "los angeles times" officials say the painkillers include vicodin and may have been sold on the black market. cvs could face $29 million fine for losing track of the prescription painkillers. the united states attorney says contracts has yet to respond to a request seeking more information from the company and

in some cases the drugs have been missing because the pharmacists self medicate or lower self workers take the drugs and sell them to others. more than 16,000 tablets have been missing from one store, 11,000 from the fairfield store and 5,000 each from modesto and decks on store. this usually comes to light after routine inventory inspection. by law the pharmacies have to report the missing drugs within 14 days. new details in the missing malaysian jetliners. it is probably not an act of terrorism. we learned the identity of would passengers who used stolen passports to get on the flight, one a 19-year-old iranian who was reportedly seeming assume in germany and not believed to have terrorist connections. the second man is 29 years old,

the fire department responds to only 72 percent of 9-1-1 calls seeking medical assistance. >> the san bruno city council is holding a special meeting to figure how to spend the rest of the money available for repairs and recovery from the deadly gas pipeline explosion in 2010. pg&e agreed to provide up to 50 million to the city in the wake of the blast and fire that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes. now, 3 1/2 years later, $11 million of fund is left and tonight the city council will prioritize remaining rebuilding projects. a federal investigator is looking into an east bay refinery after two workers were doused with acid for the second time in a month. the tesoro refinery is where the workers were sprayed with acid. 84,000 pounds of the acid was released february 12 burning two other employees. officials say tesoro refinery refused to let officials on the

covering santa rosa, berkeleys san jose, and all the pay area, this is abc7 news. >> more now on break news from the past 90 minutes, a water main break in san francisco in the lower haight. matt keller has the latest. matt? >> yes, the water is gone. the mud is left. it is thick sludge at haight and scott. they shut off the water in the area so you are not seeing the streets flooded. it is more an issue for walkers. it was reported this morning at 5:10. you can see how significant the flooding was. firefighters and the water department were called to the scene and it was a 6" water main that broke and 50 homes in the areas without water and there are no reports of property damage but this will cause problems for people walking or bicycling in the area and drives

should not have teach of an issue here, and it should take a few hours to make the repairs, with the best advise right now is to avoid the area but, again, traffic should not be impacted. i is the walkers and bicyclists that have to deem -- deal with the water this morning. matt, thank you. a driver led c.h.p. on a wild 100 miles per hour chase from sacramento to the bay area is under arrest this morning. the pursuit helped in richmond off interstate 80 at the 50 -- off-ramp when the driver lost control and slammed into a pole. >> the driver failed to negotiate the turn and took out a light pole which you can see. however, the light pole stayed attached to the vehicle. officers arrested the drive. the highway patrol says they called off the chase moments earlier.
