will be in violation of international law and will face consequences. after polls closed. crowds erupted if jubilant chants. while opponents say the secession denounced the vote as a power play and rand grab by russia. >> the result was never in doubt but now it's official. an overwhelming number of crimeans voting to reject their crane ukraine citizenship and to become russian. there is celebration in the streets of crimea it to. the vote an affirmation of what crimeans feel, they want to be part of russia. those who opposed the vote were boycotting and stayed home. the official results are impossible to verify.

missing right rear hubcap and tinted windows. >> two years ago a teenager disappeared. today the searches continue and he mystery of what happened to sierra lamar remains. a bench was dedicated to her today as family and friends recalled fond memories of sierra. a touching tribute. >> she disappeared two years ago today. police believe she is dead. the family refuses to do the same. in fact they've had more than 500 searches, looking for clues into her disappearance. this bench serves as reminder she has not been forgetten. released two days to the date she disappeared. this bench was dedicated by friends to honor her and sits on the grounds of the school she once attended.

45-year-old woman. yesterday deputies say me was a suspect. the couple's daughter discovered the body friday afternoon. ming has not been seen since. he may be driving the family car with dealer polites from dublin, it to there. there's a history of domestic violence involving the two. the children are in protective cuffed. >> man accused in a north bay crash that killed two women is out of jail on bail. officers say the 30-year-old man may have been drinking -- or driving under the influence when his truck slammed into the back of a car that was struck in traffic. the told officers he was looking at a text message just before the crash. it happened yesterday evening just before 5:30 on help 12 in santa rosa. two women in the back seat of the car were killed. two men in the front seat were injured. the santa rosa press democrat identifies the women as

5'-year-old sues an honorford her mother-in-law, sharon hoford. >> a tour bus hit a man who police say was in a crosswalk at 7th and mission street in san francisco. it happened around 8:00 this morning. investigators have not released the victim's name but described him has a man in his 60s. he was rushed to the hospital. the bus driver is cooperating with police. >> investigators in mountain view are trying to determine the cause of an early morning hours fire. look at cell phone video of the scene. the fire started reason 2:30 this morning. fire crews say when they arrived the house was fully engulfed in flames no one was home and the fire did not spread to nearby homes. one witness says he wanted to make sure neighboring residents were safe. >> drove into the street, saw the fire, called 9-1-1, and went and knocked on neighbors' doors, went into -- on the house that was on fire, tried to knock on it.

pick up. accept rosa, 71. 77 in fairfield, concord, livermore. so here's a look at our forecast highlights, and we are going to go with the low clouds and also areas of drizzle overnight. a cooler and breezy day tomorrow, and then after that get ready for dry and mild conditions throughout the course of our week. temperatures cool considerably, down four degrees at half moon bay. down 15 at sfo. down five in novato. santa rosa, down eight. and down seven in mountain view as well as hayward, down nine in oakland thanks to the stronger wind component. and as we put the clouds into motion, you can see all of this is going to bank up near the coast. low clouds will venture inland and watch out for mist and drizzle overnight tomorrow and tomorrow morning. we kept a close eye on the cold front right here most of the energy will stay to the north of the bay area. as this tail swings by.
