police arrested larson believing he is the man responsible for running down a woman on sunday on willow pass road. according to sources larson was driving a black 1997 chevrolet pickup truck traveling east on willow pass road. our cameras there were as investigators and california highway patrol collected evidence connected to the suspect vehicle. we were first to tell you about surveillance video near the scene that captured images of the 46-year-old woman leaving the parking lost a store minutes before she was struck and killed near the intersection of north 5th and willow pass ready. the pick-up was examined and it is determined the this was the car they were looking for. arson was arrested on felony hit and run and the truck has been seized as evidence.

it is 4:30. and now a stockton college student is facing charges he tried to lobby america and fight long side al-qaeda after being arrested in washington state over the weekend. katie marzullo is in the newsroom with the latest. katie marzullo? >> 20-year-old nicholas teausant be taken from see at to sacramento. at court he was charged with attempting to provide material support to a terrorist organization and faces that charge in sacramento and was taken off an amtrak bus near the border with canada. he popped up on the f.b.i. radar when he posted terrorist messages on social media including a plot to bomb the los angeles subway station. agents posing as extremists around his trust and he told them the goal was maximum fear and a maximum blow to the u.s. government so he could watch it tumble and fall in the wake of a civil war.
